My UA-cam is old that I never update 💀

My videos say they are 4k 60fps on my UA-cam videos under the quality changer setting, but the videos dont much look it. Im wondering if sending the native file to a computer then uploading to youtube from the computer would be better? Seems like youtube likes to do a BUNCH of processing to my videos and I'm using a Galaxy s24 Ultra, highest 4k settings in recording. It's sad when Telegram can show my videos [ albeit downscaled to 1080p because telegram doesnt support 4k yet ] in much better quality, and in less uploading time, than youtube lol

My husband suggested that I research a lot before I start my channel. To try to be well prepared before I begin 😂 he's right again. 😊 I've learned so much just from two videos . Especially how to avoid things I've noticed happening in other UA-camrs comments. I know I will be watching them over and over too . 😂 Thank you so much.

How i fixed it: i just forward the files to my laptop and post it on there. UA-cam works different on Desktop vs Mobile Device. Even if you attempt to post a 4K60 video on UA-cam with your phone, the video will still most likely lose it's quality and when it's published, you'll notice that your video looks bad. 4K60 to 720P sometimes even 480P.

I use Chrome on PC, not the app. My upload quality was 1080p yesterday, but today it's 720p. I don't know what changed but 720p is way too low. How do I get my uploads _back up_ to 1080p?
